In the past 15 years Gene recently completed Hospitality projects include Residence Inn / Springhill Suites Dual Brand in Clearwater, Florida, Hampton Inn & Suites / Homewood Suites Dual Brand in Teaneck, New Jersey and Springhill Suites in Athens, Georgia.
