With over 30 years of experience in Architecture and over 20 years with PFVS, Jae has a wide range of project experience to include Health Care facilities, retail centers, religious facilities, high end residences, restaurants, and hotels. Emphasizing in design, project management, and project delivery concentrated in Hospitality projects, Jae has completed over 20 hotels in the past 15 years to include some notable hotels in the cities of Louisville, Austin, Denver, Nashville, and Richmond. Most notable project is a dual brand Marriott Residence Inn and Courtyard hotel located in downtown Richmond. This facility is a combined hotel and educational center to celebrate one of the most significant historical sites in downtown; the location where the Virginia General Assembly passed Thomas Jefferson’s Virginia Statute for Religious Freedom in 1786. The statute that will become a cornerstone of the First Amendment to the Constitution.
Loyal to the firm of PFVS for many years, Jae has shown leadership to the firm, his team, and the clients that he has worked with on numerous projects. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of Architectural Practice and has successfully delivered on all facet of the art/practice of Architecture.
